How It Was Built
01
19 national dialogues across Indian cities and universities. 4 diaspora hubs in the UK, US, UAE, and Canada. Real conversations with young people about what India’s future looks like from where they stand.
02
63 structured interviews with policymakers, academics, technologists, and civil society leaders — mapping expert consensus and divergence across five major global disruptions.
03
1,200+ responses synthesised through thematic analysis. Five disruptions identified: AI & technology, climate, geopolitics, demographic change, and India’s global role. Each translated into specific policy asks.

I also organised and moderated several of the in-person dialogues — designing discussion frameworks that could surface actionable policy insights from participants with widely varying levels of technical literacy.
